A systematic for realizing agile principles in the process of mechatronic systems development through individual selection of suitable process models, methods and practices

Agile elements support development processes of manufacturing companies by enabling increased customer integration and improved responsiveness to unforeseen changes in the environment. However, existing agile approaches do not fully meet additional demands that mechatronics systems requires these approaches, for example because organizational structures considered approaches. This results challenges which can lead considerable deficiencies product (e.g. with regard safety requirements) or are rejected again. For this reason, paper analyses a variety conventional methodologies, process models, frameworks, methods practices regarding their suitability targeted agility into considering different criteria requirements. A broad literature research was carried out modules (methodologies, practices) identified were examined at both strategic operational level. The evaluated, among other things, level realization basic principles mechatronic optimization agility-influencing factors.
